There are several airport options to reach Wautoma. The closest is in Appleton,
Wisconsin
(airport code ATW), which is just over an hours drive to Wautoma. Because it’s a smaller
airport, tickets are higher and harder to get. By driving distance to Wautoma, the other major
area airports would be:
- Madison, WI Airport code: MSN Just under 2 hours from Wautoma
- Milwaukee, WI: Airport code: MKE- Just over 2 hours from Wautoma
- Chicago O’Hare: Airport code: ORD- Just over 3 hours from Wautoma
There are many airlines that fly to these
locations. We found the best connections and prices are from LaGuardia Airport. The websites

We have also made an arrangement for a wedding party discount through Midwest Airlines.
Tickets purchased at least 60 days before your travel receive a 10% discount,
after 60 days, the discount is 6%.
Here’s what to do:
- Go to www.midwestairlines.com/weddings
- You will see an alphabetical list, go to the A-C list and you will see the Carroll/Rex
wedding listed. Click on the link. - You will then be asked for the registered wedding number, which is CMZ3115,
enter this number and then click on “Book trip”. - You can then select your itinerary and enter CM06 as your “certificate number”

This is a lovely hunting lodge with a great restaurant (especially if you like wild game!) 
Its about 20 minutes into Silver Lake, but if you want to make this a romantic weekend getaway- kids actually be okay here too, they have game room- would be ok here too- this is the place. Call them for reservation info. Rates are $75-125/night
